Mr. Liang Fei graduated from Peking University law school in 1985 and went on to study legal research at Columbia University. He also got a master's degree of international economic law in Peking University law school after a three-year study from 1992.
In his legal career, Mr. Liang Fei has been a legal counsel of China Petrochemical International Business Corporation, a lawyer in Jun He Law Offices, founding partner and law director of Jingtian Law Offices, a legal advisor of Motorola, a chief legal advisor of AsiaInfo Technology Co., Ltd. and Sparkice Co., Ltd., respectively. And now he is both the legal director of Agilent Technologies Co., Ltd and arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
