Application Process

Q: What is the application deadline, and when can I begin submitting my application material?

A: The deadline for application is March 27, 2016. All application materials should reach the program office before the deadline.

 

Q: When will the decisions be made? Are the decisions made on a rolling basis?

A: Official admission letters will be sent out by the end of June, 2016. The decisions are not made on a rolling basis.

 

Q: Are there scholarships?

A: YES.

 

Transcripts 

 

Q: My school only supplies one original transcript. What should I provide?

A: You should provide an authorized copy of your transcript.

 

Q: My transcripts are not in English. Must I have them translated?

A: Yes.

 

Recommendations

Q: Can my recommenders send their letters directly to PKU Law School?

A: Yes.

 

Q: My Recommendations are not in English. Must I have them translated?

A: Yes.

 

Certificates

Q: Can I provide an authorized copy of my diploma instead of the original one?

A: Yes.

 

Q: Can I provide my transcripts with expected graduation date as official certificate of my highest education?

A: For degrees to be expected upon application to this program, you should provide an official letter stating the expected graduation date.

 

Calendar

Q: When should I plan to arrive?

A: Before the registration date, Aug.31.

 

Q: When are classes in session?

A: Classes begin at Sep.9.
