Speaker: Donald C. Clarke, Professor of the George Washington University Law School. Professor Clarke is one of the most famous experts in studying China's legal problems. He graduated from Princeton University and Harvard University law school. He once engaged in practice as a international lawyer, then became a teacher whose research field involving many aspects of China's legal and social phenomenon in US and UK. In recent years, he paid particular attention to China's legal system and issues brought by the economic development.
