The speaker's Profile:
Mr. Miguel de Serpa Soares has acted as deputy secretary-general and legal counselor of the United Nations since 2013. He has rich work experience in international law, international relations, international political and other fields.
Professor Laurence Boisson de Chazournes is a teacher of Geneva University law school in Switzerland. His research interests includes international organic law, international economic law and international environmental law and so on. He is a senior legal adviser of the World Bank, the World Health Organization, the International Labor Organization and other international organizations.
Mr. Sani Lawal Mohammed is a senior diplomats, who represents Nigeria in dozens of foreign negotiations. He is a former senior officials of the United Nations and one of the founders of African Institute of International Law.
